Zorganics Institute was founded on a visionary principle: to redefine beauty and wellness education by blending comprehensive professional training with an unparalleled commitment to natural science and sustainable practices. Drawing from over a decade of experience in spa and salon management, our ownership team recognized a need for an educational approach that goes beyond technique, integrating the holistic understanding of the body and the power of organic, science-backed products.This vision led to the creation of Zorganics Institute, where the proven Washington State Department of Cosmetology curriculum is uniquely infused with the philosophy and products of our proprietary Zorganics Brand of organic skincare and hair care. Meet Our Founder: Frida Emalange
At the heart of Zorganics Institute is the visionary leadership of Frida Emalange, a world-renowned expert whose passion for beauty and wellness has spanned over two decades. Born in Cameroon and having lived across France and Germany, Frida's extensive global travels and diverse education have gifted her a wealth of unique knowledge and a truly international perspective on the beauty industry.
Frida is an internationally trained Master Esthetician, Cosmetologist, Esthetician, and Manicurist, whose expertise has been meticulously honed through her work in high-end salons and prestigious beauty schools worldwide. Further deepening her holistic approach, she is also certified in Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative Nutrition, emphasizing a comprehensive view of beauty from within.

The Genesis of Zorganics: From Vision to Organic Innovation
During her time in Seattle, Frida recognized a significant gap in the beauty industry, particularly concerning specialized care for diverse ethnic hair and skin types in the Bellingham area. Driven by a desire to cater to all hair and skin needs, she opened a beauty salon and spa. This deep commitment to inclusive, healthy beauty soon blossomed into Zorganics® products, which she launched in 2006.Zorganics® Cosmetics stands as a testament to her philosophy: a natural and organic line of hair and skin care products formulated with meticulously planted, grown, and harvested organic botanicals. These products are consciously crafted to be free of artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, and parabens, embodying Frida's dedication to purity and environmental responsibility.In 2012, her enterprise evolved, expanding from Zora’s Styling Salons to Zorganics® Beauty Salons and Spas, named directly after her acclaimed product line. Operating three successful salons and spas between Bellingham and Bellevue, Frida oversaw a team of over 35 dedicated employees, solidifying her reputation as a formidable leader in the industry.
A Vision Fulfilled: The Birth of Zorganics Institute
Opening a beauty school had always been a cherished part of Frida's long-term vision. In 2017, she decisively took the first steps towards this dream, immersing herself in further education to become a licensed educator and obtain the necessary certifications for the grand opening of Zorganics® Institute.
Having traveled the world and studied under renowned figures like Deepak Chopra and Joshua Rosenthal, Frida gained an unparalleled perspective in all forms of beauty and wellness, uniquely blending a holistic approach with rigorous science and artistic expression. This profound understanding underpins the core philosophy of Zorganics® products—dedicated to facilitating the deeper reveal of inner beauty from within.
