Currently, classes are offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Friday. from 8 am - 6:30 pm.

Students have four days a week to balance their lives with work and family.

Though, we do not guarantee employment, our graduates can be found working in many salons and spas in the area and some of our graduates are salons owners. Zorganics Institute assists students by connecting them with salons owner's employers. Students have the opportunity to attend career fairs, participate in Externship program, salon presentation and portfolio photo shoot.

Practical application is a core component of the Zorganics Institute curriculum. Students are eligible to begin hands-on practice—working on fellow students, models, or clients—once they have successfully completed the state-mandated minimum classroom hours and practical operations, as well as passed the foundational written and practical assessments relevant to their program’s scope of practice. Your instructor will provide a specific timeline during your orientation, ensuring you enter the practical phase with confidence and competence.

Financial aid (federal and state grants, loans, and other awards) is generally disbursed directly to your student account in two or more installments per academic year. The first disbursement typically occurs after the add/drop period and after attendance is officially verified. Subsequent disbursements follow at the beginning of subsequent payment periods, provided all eligibility requirements are met, and satisfactory academic progress is maintained. Students will receive a Financial Aid Notification detailing the specific disbursement dates and amounts.

• Yes, we believe access to education should be flexible. For students who are not receiving sufficient financial aid to cover the full cost of tuition, Zorganics Institute offers in-house tuition payment plans. These plans require a designated down payment and establish a series of scheduled payments for the remaining balance. All payment plans are formalized through a contract and managed professionally through the Financial Aid Office. Please schedule an appointment with the Financial Aid Officer to discuss customized payment arrangements that fit your needs.
